Triple Spur Geared ‘AMAR’ CHAIN PULLEY BLOCKS are designed to achieve efficiency, speed, safety and smoothness of lifting operations of loads. They save man-hours, reduce operating time and offer trouble free operations. The compact design ensures smaller head room besides strength and durability.

FRAME:of sturdy design, built from steel plates. The riveted and welded construction offers total safety of operation.

HOOK :Swiveling type, heavy duty hooks ensure long life and resistance to shock loads and conform to IS 8610

LOAD CHAIN:Tested and calibrated.

HAND CHAIN WHEELS:Made of graded grey iron castings.

TRIPLE SUPER GEAR :

BALL BEARING:The load chain wheel is mounted on two ball bearings effectively reducing the operating fatigue.

LOAD WHEEL:The load wheel and main arm holding the upper hook are made from height grade steel Mounted on ball bearings for smooth, frictionless performance.

BRAKES :Self actuating screw disc brake ensures full safety. It automatically applies on any load position.

GUARANTEE :Each Chain Pulley Block is tested to 50% overload and is guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of supply.
