Electric Chain Hoist

“AMAR” electrically operated Chain Hoist is ideal for safe hoisting and is manufactured under strict quality control and designed to give long trouble free service. All bearings and moving parts are housed in such a design to prevent dust, which ensures long life. The details of main components are below :
MOTOR :  Electric squirrel cage, INDUCTION Motor of capacity 1.5 H.P., 440 V. 3 phase. 50 cycles.

BRAKE DISC : To minimize wear and for long life heavy duty brake disc has been provided.

GEARS : Helical precision cut spur gears mounted on ball bearings have been provide for smooth operation. No lubrication is required as the gears are housed in a dust free box.

MAIN LIFTING LOAD WHEEL : Designed for firm grip of chain without undue wear.

HOISTING CHAIN : Heat treated Grade 80 Alloy Steel chain. ISI-6216 perfectly calibrated and tested.

LIFTING HOOK : Steel forged swiveling type as per ISI 3815.

PUSH BUTTON SWITCH : For hoisting & Lowering heavy duty pendent push button control switches have been provided.

CONTACTOR BOX : For safe working air break type direct on line reversing contactors have been provided.

LIMIT SWITCH : Provided to control hoisting & lowering with limit.

TEST : Each Chain Electric Hoist is tested to 25% overload and a Test Certificate to this effect of our works is issued.
Generally hoist is supplied with trolley as a compact one unit. However these can be supplied as separate units if desired.

WORNG CONNECTION CONTROLLER : Avoids damages due to wrong electric connections.
